You can simply add a "File A Claim" menu item by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the Shopify admin page => Online Store => Navigation section
2. Select a menu you would like to add "File A Claim", We recommend adding it to the footer. (Main menu, Footer menu)
3. Once you selected which menu you want "File A Claim" to be added to, click on Add menu item
4. In the "Add menu item" pop-up window: give the menu item a Name: File A Claim. Then add this link to the Link filed: https://shipinsure.io/sibot
5. The option showing this Link (https://shipinsure.io/sibot) will pop up. Just select it and press Add button.
6. Then click Save on top
